For B2B product teams

We build SaaS products, and we add AI to the ones already in market.

Some teams need a new multi-tenant product. Others already have customers, and they need RAG, a copilot, or an agent inside that product. We do both. When AI is part of the work, it lands in your codebase with tenant isolation, a way to test the answers, and a cap on cost. A first AI feature usually takes 4–8 weeks. A new product is scoped on its own.

How a feature gets into the product
how we work

Two ways we work.

A new SaaS product, multi-tenant from the start, in your repository and your cloud. AI can be in the first release, or it can wait until the product has users.

01.
A product that already ships

Your customers expect it. Support keeps answering the same questions. A competitor just shipped a copilot. A thin wrapper may have stalled once real customer data, wrong answers, and the model bill showed up. We add the feature where the product already has users, data, and workflows.

02.
How a feature actually gets into the product

We sit with the product owner, sketch the architecture, and write down what good looks like, including what it should cost to run. Then we build one feature, in your repo and your cloud, with a small set of questions so you can tell later if it got worse. The assistant uses the APIs you already have, and it can only see the signed-in customer’s data. Each tenant has a limit. If usage runs away, the feature stops before the invoice does. You own the code. We can stay on if you want the next slice done the same way.

On a call we open two flows with you: one customer’s knowledge base, and a support agent that reads a ticket and drafts the next step. See those flows.

The first stories are being written with clients who are in the work now. We publish a study when it is finished, with or without the name, and we only include numbers we actually measured. Read the work page.

FAQs

Questions we hear first

A founder, CTO, or head of product with a B2B SaaS to build, or one that already has customers. If you know what the product is and who it is for, a new build is welcome. If the ask is a public chatbot with no product behind it, it is a bit early, and that is all right. Read the work page.

In your repository, on your AWS, Azure, or GCP account. You own it.

Search results and actions stay with that tenant. Some apps already use row-level security, some a schema, some a store of their own. We follow the pattern you have, and we check that one customer cannot see another.

We estimate it before the build, then put a cap on each tenant. The provider bills your account.

Customer-facing answers point at the source. We keep a set of questions we re-run before a release. Publishing, deleting, charging, or emailing a list still waits for a person.

Yes. We do that before we look at your design or credentials.

Not today. If a certification matters for your deal, we will say so. We still write down how data is isolated, logged, and accessed.

Most first features take 4–8 weeks after a short discovery. Larger ones take longer, and we write that down before anyone starts.

Tell us what you want to ship.

A short note on the product and the feature is enough. We will come back with what the first few weeks would cover.
